We process orders within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take shipping incidents seriously. If your package is lost or damaged, email us at support@melinna.shop within 10 days of the expected arrival date. Provide your order number and any supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
