We want every MELINNA customer to love what they ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The following items are non-returnable: gift cards, downloadable digital products, and items marked as final sale.
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team at support@melinna.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond 24–48 hours.
Refunds
After we receive and review your returned item, you will be notified by email of our decision. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Payments processed through Shopify Payments are subject to standard bank processing times and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
Should your refund not appear within 5–7 business days, we recommend checking with your bank before contacting us at support@melinna.shop. Processing times can vary by institution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please email support@melinna.shop with your order number and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. For your protection on orders over $100, please use a trackable, insured service. MELINNA assumes no liability for items lost during return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@melinna.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
